Alcala Family is Home

After a week at the hospital, we came home on Tuesday afternoon. Now after a few days home, we can start forgetting the good scare we had that kept us there so long. Baby Claire’s pediatric visit on Wednesday declared here fit and healthy. She gained weight the first week and now weighs 7lbs 10oz. Jennifer’s appointment on Thursday showed her blood pressure dropped a bit, also a great sign. With some rest we should all be recovered and healthy in no time.

Claire is eating well and enjoying all the cute outfits everyone has bought her. Jennifer’s mother and myself are making sure she stays off her feet as much a possible. I have not taken as many pictures, but I’ll get a few up of her at home soon.

I think I finally fixed the comments settings on here if anyone would wish to do that.
